Hi there! I'm Rhiannon (aka Annie). I am a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, CranioSacral Therapy I, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and am certified in sound therapy. While searching for alternative healing modalities for anxiety in 2017, I found Reiki and it has changed my life. I am passionate about helping others and am dedicated to providing the best possible healing session to each client.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that can help to relieve a variety of mental, physical and spiritual health issues. Reiki helps to restore balance and relaxation. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things and that this energy can be harnessed to promote healing and well-being.
What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was developed by Dr. John E. Upledger, DO, OMM, and is a light-touch approach that can create dramatic improvements in your life. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. CST involves facilitating or enhancing the body's own self-healing abilities. CST can help with migraines, chronic neck and back pain, stress/tension, motor-coordination impairments, immune disorders, post-concussion symptoms, chronic fatigue, TMJ syndrome, fibromyalgia and many more.
