Hi there! I'm Rhiannon (aka Annie). I am a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, Upledger trained in CranioSacral Therapy and Somatic Emotional Release, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and am certified in sound therapy. While searching for alternative healing modalities for anxiety in 2017, I found Reiki and CranioSacral Therapy and it has changed my life. I am passionate about helping others and am dedicated to providing the best possible healing session to each client with a strong focus on unwinding the nervous system.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that can help to relieve a variety of mental, physical and spiritual health issues. Reiki helps to restore balance and relaxation. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things and that this energy can be harnessed to promote healing and well-being.
What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was developed by Dr. John E. Upledger, DO, OMM, and is a light-touch approach that can create dramatic improvements in your life. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. CST involves facilitating or enhancing the body's own self-healing abilities. CST can help with nervous system reset, migraines, chronic neck and back pain, stress/tension, motor-coordination impairments, immune disorders, post-concussion symptoms, chronic fatigue, TMJ syndrome, fibromyalgia and many more.
